Centrally located, and built in 1937, this stylish building was painstakingly renovated and restored in 2022, preserving the quintessential elegance and spirit of times past. Boasting high ceilings and a balcony in every room, our unique architecture exudes a sensation of timeless class and effortless grace. In essence, full of life. 10 luxurious apartments are available for you to enjoy.

All apartments have a bathroom. The bedrooms have beds of 150 cm. (no singles). Sofa bed, comfortable and convertible into bed 160 cm. if e.g. three people go and prefer separate sleeping.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, but on balconies and patios.

We do not accept pets.

No parties are allowed.

Two-bedroom apartments

Seven bright and airy apartments (1ºA, 1ºB, 2ºA, 2ºB, 3ºA, 3ºB and 4ºB) 2 bedrooms each with a 150 cm double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (built into the living room), and a living room with sofa-bed (160 cm wide bed). There is a balcony in the living room and balcony doors in both bedrooms.

Overlooking Oviedo street, this impressive apartment has a glazed conservatory with a balcony along its entire length. It has exceptional views, high sloping ceilings, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, each with a 150 cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (built into the living room) and a living room with sofa bed (160 cm wide bed). The main bedroom opens onto the main balcony and there is a balcony door in second room.

This Apartment (Lower B) is the same size as the other apartments, but has only one bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, although all the rooms are larger than in the other flats. It has one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (built into the living room) and a living room with sofa-bed (160 cm wide bed). It also benefits from a bright 45m2 interior patio, furnished for your enjoyment. Ideal for couples and families extending their stay in Logroño.

The loft (ground floor A) has a 150 cm double bed and a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm wide), as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It overlooks the pedestrian street of Oviedo 4 which is, in fact, a park called Plaza de los Derechos Humanos. This apartment is very bright and would be Ideal for a couple or a family with children.
